About Play Par Golf
Welcome to Play Par Golf!
Andrea is from Granger, Indiana (near South Bend - home of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish) and started learning how to play golf at the age of 4. She started playing competitively at the age of 12 and played all 4 years in high school. She went on to play collegiately at Colorado Christian University which is what brought her to Denver. It was there she realized the impact her coaches had on her and how she wanted to inspire others in their pursuit of this great game!
She joined the Ladies Professional Golf Association in 2014 and is a Class A Member.
She worked for the Colorado Golf Association (CGA) instructing many of their outreach programs including: Get Golf Ready, Junior & Adult Clinics, LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Clinics, Golf-In-School Clinics, Special Olympics, Boy Scouts, Aurora Veterans, the Semper-Fi Fund, as well as helping run American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) and Colorado Junior Golf Association (CJGA) tournaments.
She was the Head Girls Golf Coach for two high schools (at separate times) in the Denver-Metro area: Horizon High School and Bishop Machebeuf High School.
She is passionate about the game of golf and loves to instruct people of all ages and playing abilities. She believes this game has so much to offer and many practical life lessons. There is always something new to learn and improve upon. Golf is truly a game you can play for a lifetime.
